Virtual Desktop Interface as a Service is a new Service enabling our customers to benefit from a centralized managed desktop interface at a very low overall cost. Users can access their Virtual Desktop Interface via an HTML 5 enable browser (Chrome, Mozilla…) with a 1 to 2 mbps internet connection. They can use literally any device, anywhere, anytime. Virtual Desktop Interface groups are backed up every night by our administrators. Users are defined in our LDAP (Active Directory) which can communicate with customer’s internal LDAP as part of their forest.

The beauty of this solution is the very low cost of the service that includes the OS and the needed hardware for the users. Even old PC can do the job as long as they have an up to date browser and an internet connection.

Each Virtual Desktop Interface has 10 GB Enterprise grade NVMe. This is only for user data and does not include the OS needs.

The entire environment is set on our world class virtual infrastructure which has given us 100% availability 4 years in a row. The service is provisioned from our data center in Muscat OMAN, ensuring data and processing reside within country border.
