Our cloud servers function the same as any Virtual Private Servers (VPS). You will have direct and full access to them using RDP (Windows) or SSH (Linux).
We call them Cloud Servers because they are fully elastic and can be upgraded anytime on customer demand, and they are deployed in fully redundant and highly available environments.
You can always upgrade your cloud server resources based on your monitoring metrics and business demands. To upgrade, go to the online panel and select the resource to increase. You only pay the difference.
Most upgrades can be applied on the fly without interruption. However, in some cases, the server might require a reboot to apply the upgrade.
Yes, all servers will be delivered with at least one dedicated public IPv4. You can also order up to 4 additional IPv4 addresses for each server.
Our technical experts are available 24/7 to ensure you have access to your server via RDP or SSH.
CloudAcropolis delivers all cloud servers as self-managed service. The customer is responsible for all contents and services inside the server. CloudAcropolis is responsible for availability and security of the underlying infrastructure.
