Privacy Notice for Business Contacts

This notice is for business contacts whom we approach by email about our services, such as Kube-DC Kubernetes. It is separate from our Privacy Policy, which applies to customers and website visitors.

You did not give us your details directly. We received them from Vibe Prospecting, a B2B business-data service operated by Explorium Ltd. We selected contacts by professional role and country, such as IT, DevOps and engineering managers at software companies.

• Your work email address
• Your job title and employer, and your country
• Your LinkedIn profile link
• A phone number, where the provider supplies one
• Whether you open our emails or click links in them

We use these data to send you business emails about our services that are relevant to your professional role, and to measure how our campaigns perform.

Legal basis: legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our interest is to present our services to professionals whose role relates to them. We limit the data to business contact details, send only messages relevant to your role, and include an opt-out link in every email.

We do not make decisions about you by automated means that have legal or similarly significant effects.

You are not obliged to give us any data; we obtained it from a third party.

We do not pass your data to other companies. Our contact database and email system run on our own servers in our data center in the EU. Authorities and courts may receive data where the law requires it.

We keep your contact details until you opt out or until we judge that your role is no longer relevant to our services. We review our contacts at least once a year and delete those that no longer qualify.

If you opt out, we keep only your email address on a suppression list so that we do not contact you again.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, and to restrict its use.
