This privacy policy applies to all online services of CloudAcropolis.
How Are Your Personal Data Processed?
We save and use your personal data only to process your orders and to get in touch with you. If you subscribed to our newsletter, we also use your e-mail address to send it out. If you registered on our client portal, we inform you about disruption notifications from our data centers.
You can use our Career page to apply for a job with us and send us your job application documents.
What Categories of Data Do We Collect?
Every time you visit our website your IP address is saved in anonymized form among other data. If you register with us, your contact information will be stored. If you order products from us, your address and payment information will also be stored.
In particular, we save the following data from you:
Registration Data
In the scope of your registration with us, we have to collect and process certain personal data from you as your registration data. For example, we need your name, address information, telephone number, payment information and your e-mail address to process your order.
When paying by PayPal we do not collect and store any payment information such as credit card numbers or verification codes. You disclose these only directly to the respective payment service provider.
You can delete your user account with us by sending an e-mail to info@cloudacropolis.com with your deletion request.
E-Mail Addresses
If you subscribed to our newsletter or registered on our client portal, we also store your e-mail address. We delete these data once you delete your user account or if you no longer buy products and services from us or unsubscribe from our newsletter.
Server Log Files
Whenever you visit our websites, we automatically store certain data. This includes the IP address, type and version of the browser used, time, date, website from which the users come to our site. The IP address is saved for 7 days and then anonymized. The person can no longer be identified.
Career Portal
You may send us job application documents such as your resume, references and cover letter. Application documents from job applicants that did not result in hiring are deleted after 3 months. If you consented to further storage, your application documents will be deleted after 24 months. In the case of applications that resulted in hiring, the documents are forwarded to our HR department.
Who We Forward Your Data To
We do not use your name or company information for the advertisement for our own services unless we have an agreement with you and your company.
In particular, this may occur in the following cases:
Domain Registration
If we register a domain for you, we provide the required data to the corresponding registration service provider.
Payment by Credit Card
When paying by credit card, the payment is processed by an external service provider. For credit card payments, your information is collected directly by the payment processor.
Other Categories of Recipients
State authorities and courts may receive data when required by law.
Where Are Your Data Processed?
The data are processed exclusively in our data centers in the EU.
Analytics
On the basis of our legitimate interests (i.e. interests in an analysis, optimization and commercial operation of our online offering), we may use analytics services for web analysis.
These services use cookies. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the online offers by the user may be sent to a server and stored there.
The users can prevent the storage of cookies by making the corresponding settings in their browser.
The personal data of users are deleted or anonymized after 14 months.
Your Rights as a Data Subject
You have the right to information about your personal data we process. If requests for information are not made in writing, please bear in mind that we might ask you to provide proof that you are the person you say you are.
Furthermore, you have a right to rectification or deletion or restriction of processing, if available to you by law. Furthermore, you have the right to object to the processing within the scope of the statutory provisions. The same applies to a right of data portability.
Right to Lodge a Complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint about the processing of personal data by us to a supervisory authority for data protection.
Voluntary Nature of Data Provision
There is no statutory obligation to provide your data to CloudAcropolis. However, you cannot use some of our services if you do not provide your data to us. The provision of your data is completely voluntary.

We maintain an online presence on social networks and platforms in order to communicate with our customers, interested parties and users and inform them about our services. We use Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, among others.
When visiting each of these platforms, the terms and conditions and the data processing guidelines of the corresponding operator apply.
