AcropolisMail supports POP3 and IMAP for email synchronization and SMTP for outgoing emails. All protocols are secured with SSL certificate, however you can purchase your own SSL certificate to be installed on the server.
AcropolisMail entire system is fully automated. After you register an account and make payment, you will receive an admin account to your email immediately. Then, you can login to your webmail using the provided URL.
We provide 10GB of SSD backed storage for each mailbox. In larger services, space can be managed by the domain administrator. For example, with 10 Mailboxes you have 100GB total storage that you can distribute as needed through the web-based GUI.
AcropolisMail has a "Mailbox Migration" feature that allows easy migration of all emails from an existing mailbox. Just ensure your old mailbox has an active internet connection, public IP, and supports either POP3 or IMAP.
AcropolisMail can integrate authentication with Active Directory. We need to establish a secured site-to-site VPN and trust our Active Directory together. This service is available on demand for an extra one-time charge.
