Plus, it includes several security enhancements that prevent the mail server from being compromised, including support for two factor authentication, SSL/TLS encrypted connections, intrusion detection (IDS), active directory integration and more.
All incoming and outgoing messages are being scanned by two different opensourced and licensed anti-malware and anti-virus engines, and they will remove the infected mails to prevent the users become infected.Still our users can customize AcropolisMail Anti-virus behaviour by defining their own rules.

We actively archive and backup all the incoming and outgoing mails through or from AcropolisMail. Any mail can be recovered from the archive by sending a request to CloudAcropolis technical support.
We offer a geo-location highly available DNS zone hosting service as a complimentry to all our AcropolisMail customers. One of our DNS nodes are based in our data center and the other one in Netherland, making it a fully redundant cluster DNS.

AcropolisMail support POP3, and IMAP for email syncronization and SMTP for outgoing emails. All protocols are secured with cloudacropolis SSL certificate, however you can purchase your own SSL certificate to be installed on the server.
AcropolisMail entire system is fully automated. That means, after you register an account with us and order the product and make the payment for it, you will receive an admin account to your email, immediately.
Then, you can login to your webmail using a certain URL with your browser.
We provide 10GB of SSD backed storage for each mailbox.However in a larger service this, space can be managed by the domain administrator.
For example, if you are purchasing AcropolisMail for 10 Mailboxes, then you will have 100GB storage in total. You as the admin can assign 1GB to one user, and 20GB to another. It is easily manageable in the web-based GUI.
AcropolisMail has a feature called "Mailbox Migration" which allows you to easily migrate all your emails from an existing mailbox to the it.
You just need to make sure that your old mailbox has an active internet connection and public IP, and support either POP3 or IMAP.
AcropolisMail has the capability to integrate its authentication to an active directory server.
In order to integrate, first we need to establish a secured site-to-site VPN between our datacenter and your office, then we need to trust our active directory together. This service can be done by the customer's demand and for an extra one-time charge.
